You found an artist — or a writer — whose work you love. You've never met. Everything here exists to get your comic made together, and to keep both of you safe while you do. Here's what you'll see at each step.
The writer maps every stage of the book — pencils, inks, colors, letters, the cover — picks who does each, and sets the pay: per page or flat. The whole cost is on screen before anyone commits.
When it's an artist's turn, the writer funds their stage into its own vault. The artist sees it locked before signing — and each artist is funded only when their turn comes, never the whole book up front.
The artist uploads each page. The writer reviews a watermarked copy; the clean file unlocks when that work is paid for. Approve it, or ask for changes with a note.
One approval moves that batch's pay straight from the vault to the artist's wallet. No invoice, no chasing. Batch by batch, the book gets drawn and the artist gets paid as they go.
The finished issue goes on the store. Readers get a free preview — never the whole book — and buy with a card or Apple Pay.

Each artist's pay is locked in a smart contract before they start, and released milestone by milestone as the work is approved.

Not with the writer. Not with the artist. Not with renaissBlock.

The rules are set before anyone starts, so nobody has to argue them later.

Every craft you work in has its own ladder — writer, artist, colorist, letterer. You climb it by delivering milestones that get approved, and both sides rate every one. Nobody can talk their way up.
